Our Process

We describe our process as being 4 steps: Call, Ship, Talk, Receive. These describe the manner in which we conduct a well-communicated, properly executed recovery.

Call - we ask that you call us to discuss your recovery. During such a call we can have you describe the scenario, and estimate the amount of work it will take to complete your recovery

Ship - it's then up to you to properly ship the drive to our offices. We recommend that you print the document that is on our CLICK FOR RECOVERY page to enclose with your shipment.

Talk - after receiving your drive, we'll have a good working knowledge of what exactly occurred to your media, and how we'll get it back. At this point we'll be able to give you full pricing details, upon which you can accept or decline.

Receive - provided you've accepted our offer to recover your data, you'll receive a package with your old media, new media and any related informational documents you might need to get back up and running.
